Who We Are. . .

 Ed Johnson Director of Opperations, Admissions Director:  Seminar & business instructor for over 20 years.  Life long dog lover.  He has experience in all areas of Professional Pet Grooming: including clipping, hand scissoring, bathing, & proper handling.  A truly remarkable accomplishment was when he purchased a salon that had been in business for over 10 years.  He doubled the revenue, streamlined & revamped the entire business within 6 months.  After becoming aware of the lack of properly trained professional pet groomers he has dedicated himself to creating a training facility focused on providing students with highly detailed methods of pet grooming through proper handling of the animal & proper use of equipment with professionalism, efficiency, teaching quality techniques as well as ethical business practices.

  Lynne Jones, Lead Technician: Has worked with animals & been involved in the pet grooming industry all of her life.  While still in high school she apprenticed as a veterinary assistant & pursued an education as a veterinary technician.  She then trained as a groomer with one of the to show judges in the nation.  Honing her skills, working on a variety of show dogs.  As an adult, she has had a passion for helping kids work through life’s challenges.  She started the “WOMPS horses for the heart program” where inner city youth, handicapped kids & women in transition, work with horses healing their bodies & hearts.  She has also trained many people to go from amateur to professional groomer earning extra income on a part of full time basis through dog grooming.  She has traveled & trained in many states, speaking if front of hundreds of people.  She has assisted in training pet owners as well as setting up professional grooming shops.  Having been in the grooming business for over twenty ears, she has drawn on her experience to teach comprehensive dog grooming in terms that anyone can understand.
